Maintenance of electromagnetic flowmeter

1. Zero check and adjustment

Before the electromagnetic flowmeter is put into operation, it must adjust the zero point in the static state of the electromagnetic flow sensor.After the operation, it is also necessary to stop the flow at regular intervals for zero check.

2.Check the electrical performance of the sensor regularly

First, the resistance between the electrodes of the electromagnetic flow meter is roughly measured.

Secondly, the electromagnetic flowmeter sensor is drained, the inner wall is cleaned, and the resistance between the two electrodes and the ground terminals is measured by meterometer after completely drying.

Finally, check the insulation resistance of the excitation coil, remove the sensor excitation coil, and direct the terminals to the converter, and measure the insulation resistance of the coil with a megohm meter.
