2. The flow sensor can be installed in the vertical, horizontal or arbitrarily inclined position according to the direction of flow.
3. The interference of strong external magnetic fields should be avoided.
4. When installed outdoors, there should be cover to avoid sun exposure and rain erosion, affecting the life of the instrument.
5. Should pay attention to the impact of installation stress, install the flowmeter upstream and downstream pipelines should be coaxial, otherwise it will produce shear stress, install the flowmeter should consider the thickness of the gasket, or install a flexible expansion joint on the downstream side.
6. When the pipeline is longer or closer to the vibration source, support should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the influence of pipeline vibration.
7. The flow sensor installation site should have enough space to facilitate the flowmeter inspection and maintenance, and should meet the flowmeter's environmental requirements.
8. When pressure test is performed on the pipeline, the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor configured by the intelligent vortex flowmeter should be taken into account so as not to damage the pressure sensor due to overpressure.
