ü Wireless Distance

GWD100/GWD200//GWD200-1/GWD300 wireless dynamometer: The standard distance is 80m, safety distance is 70m. It can be customized 200m at most. GWD400 belongs to digital Wireless dynamometer without wireless channel.

ü Printing function

GWD300 dynamometer has print function,but the precondition of printing is wireless instrument has valid data(STB light is on means the data is stable). Both of printer and printing data must be valid data, print is a function of instrument.

It can be applied to connecting the computer to printer. Hand-held instrument should have serial port, connects with the computer, then it could produced the print files by computer.( installing a software on computer, it has a storage key and the data will be exported after click the save button, printing Excel files are available.) The default of hand-held instrument is no serial port, but it can be achieved with extra money.

ü Data Storage And Process

In general, data storage will be done on the software on the computer. The instrument itself has limited space, so GWD100, GWD200 only could store several groups and the industrial is not easy to find. It is basically used for ling distance displaying viewing, such as GWD300 is available to store 2000 groups data, inquire and print, etc. But few user use this because of it will be fulled storage after 2000 groups in it, so it must have to delete the data by doing procedure. The factory will provide the software for free.

ü Data Stability Judgement

The body and instrument of wireless dynamometer have STB light on the screen when it is on. Stability will light up, instability is dark. Wireless instrument and dynamometer are synchronous, the data is changed during the operation, but the stable data has only one.

ü Battery Power

Generally, it could be used 50-70 hours continuously.

ü Analog Output Providing

Only GWD200 could reach 4-20mA output. But GWD500, GWD600 couldn’t reach it. 4-20mA output means instrument and equipment.

ü Calibration Method

Calibration requires weights. Ordinary customers do not have that conditions, it rarely used. Dynamometer couldn’t be used if it is no-load calibration. It is must have an etalon (weights) and 1/3 of the measuring rage, then the calibration could be reached.

ü Connect the Computer and Install the Driver

The GWD300 comes with a CD, which is usually not delivered by the factory, because the CD is contraband, the export may cause trouble. There is a neutral electronic version driver, sent to the customer to install. There is no require for computer system. If the computer has many software installed, and there are many plugins on it, each one is different, maybe it will cause the compatible issues. If one computer doesn’t work,change another computer test.
