GUT600 external mounting level meter is an instrument that measures level by sonar distance measurement. Since it adopts technology of micro vibration analyze, the product do not need holes on tank wall or flange for mounting. During the whole measurement process, the product will not contact medium liquid or gas in tank, thus could be installed and maintained easily. Normally the transmitter shall be installed near the tank while sensor is mounted on tank wall. The level value will be measured by sonar echo signals that being sent and received from the sensors through the tank wall.
Technology of micro vibration analyze is by far the most powerful processing technology for external sonar signal process. It was concluded from more than twenty years accumulated experience on over ten thousand sets of similar instruments under hundreds of application conditions. With these growing data and experience, the product could be constantly updated.
With advanced intelligence process, technology of micro vibration analyze had overcame difficulties including signal reduction caused by tank wall and change of sound velocity in liquid. It could eliminate interference from residual vibration of the tank wall, multiple echo or false echo and capture the real one, thus the product could be applied to various conditions and provide stable and accurate mesurement result.
